How to prepare

  • We prepare the oven by heating it at 180 degrees.
  • Bring a large bowl and sift dry and powdered ingredients , starting with flour with baking powder, then sift cocoa in the same bowl.
  • Whisk the eggs with sugar and vanilla in the electric mixer for twenty minutes until it doubles in size, and after the whisk has ended we add the mixture gradually to the dry ingredients that we evacuated with attention to that pouring gradually and continuing to stir lightly so as not to lose the egg bubbles.
  • We prepare the cake cake with butter and a little flour, and pour the cake mixture into the mold after applying it and make sure the butter absorbs the flour, and we put the cake in the oven for forty-five minutes or an hour until the cake is tender.
  • Maturity can be tested by placing a wooden skewer in the center of the tart where it should come out clean.
  • After the cake is ripe and removed from the oven, we turn it over a mesh base or any base of the wire and leave it until it cools completely.
  • Cut the cake horizontally into three equal sections, and separate each part alone, and add to each section a layer of chocolate cream, and after finishing covering the three sections with a layer of cream, we equal them on top of each other.
  • Cover the sides of the cake with chocolate cream, and put it inside the freezer for ten minutes until it sticks well.
  • We apply the liquid cream to the face, and decorate it with chocolate skin or powdered chocolate.
