Qamar Al-Din

How to prepare

  • Prepare six glasses to serve.
  • Put Qamar Al-Din in a bowl after cutting it into slices to facilitate dissolving it, then add an amount of boiling water to it until it melts, and set it aside for about thirty minutes.
  • Beat the mixture of the moon in the mixture well until smooth, and make sure that all the blocks disappear.
  • Pour the moon of debt into a saucepan over a medium heat, add sugar and starch to it and softly and continuously stir until the ingredients are firm, then add the rose water and my heart.
  • Pour the moon's pudding into the cups until half of them are full, then put them in the fridge until they cool completely.

Qamar Al-Din
  • A cup of Qamar Al Din drink, soaked in a quantity of boiling water and beaten in a blender until smooth juice.

How to prepare

  • Put the water, with sweetened condensed milk and starch in a large saucepan.
  • Put the mixture on low heat until it boils with constant stirring so that it does not lump.
