How to prepare
- Prepare six glasses to serve.
- Put Qamar Al-Din in a bowl after cutting it into slices to facilitate dissolving it, then add an amount of boiling water to it until it melts, and set it aside for about thirty minutes.
- Beat the mixture of the moon in the mixture well until smooth, and make sure that all the blocks disappear.
- Pour the moon of debt into a saucepan over a medium heat, add sugar and starch to it and softly and continuously stir until the ingredients are firm, then add the rose water and my heart.
- Pour the moon's pudding into the cups until half of them are full, then put them in the fridge until they cool completely.
