How to prepare

How to prepare
Mix the yeast and sugar with half a cup of warm water, then set them aside until the mixture swells.

Start the kneading process with gradually adding warm water until you get a good firm consistency.
Cover the dough and set it aside for about one hour until the dough has soured and increased in size.
