  • Onions: juice is taken two heads from onions, by chopping them, and pressing them to get water, then rub the scalp with this juice, and leave it for half an hour.
  • Green Tea: Bring a cup of green tea without adding sugar, moistening it with hair, and letting it dry.
  • Massage: Mix a tablespoon of coconut oil, castor oil, olive oil and massage the scalp with this mixture for ten minutes, then wrap the head with a warm towel, and leave it for half an hour.
  • Rosemary and myrtle: boil two equal quantities of myrtle, and rosemary with an appropriate amount of water, leave it until it becomes lukewarm, and then moisten the hair with it.
It is recommended to follow the mentioned methods twice a week.

Preventive advice

There are many things to consider in order to reduce hair loss:
  • Avoid stress and stress.
  • Doing regular exercises to increase the blood flow to the scalp, thus providing better nutrition for the hair follicles.
